Our job is to provide comprehensive and unique project management services for owners and developers in almost all facets of the construction industry. Trailmark’s team are experts at facilitating and overseeing the entitlements, permitting, preconstruction, design, construction, and interior design phases of work. Our mission is to manage each project with objective representation and integrity with a goal to deliver a finished product on time and within budget, with the quality that the client demands.
On the Fontainbleau Hotel, Trailmark was hired as a consultant to coordinate complicated aspects of the Cloud 9 pool deck for one of the key prime contractors, allowing the contractor to focus their attention on other aspects of the project and installations.

We guarantee our clients a project experience that brings fairness and predictability to quality, budget, and schedule expectations, and allows the design team and general contractor to perform to their highest capabilities. We strive to complement, not duplicate, the work of owners, architects, designers and contractors, thus creating a net value, not cost to the project.
At the Montana residence, Trailmark managed the team to within one percent of the original budget while providing the owners with the necessary additions they desired.

In short, yes. We have the experience, resources, and right blend of people to tackle a construction management challenge of almost any flavor in the most remote locations, from single family homes to large-scale commercial productions. Our team has a combined 75 years of construction experience bridging multiple decades of design and economic change.
At the Aspen Retreat, Trailmark must balance the right mix of talented personnel to tackle the aggressive 14 month schedule, while not losing focus of the finite architectural detail, and sustainable design of the building systems and finishes.
