On the downtown Las Vegas Hotel project, Trailmark was hired as a consultant to coordinate complicated aspects of an upper story pool deck for one of the key prime contractors, allowing the contractor to focus their attention on other aspects of the project. This required overseeing custom fabrication of elements that were prototypes and never used before.
