Trailmark’s team are experts at facilitating and overseeing the entitlements, permitting, preconstruction, design, construction, and interior design phases of work. On the Fontainbleau Hotel, Trailmark was hired as a consultant to coordinate complicated aspects of the Cloud 9 pool deck for one of the key prime contractors, allowing the contractor to focus their attention on other aspects of the project and installations.

At the Montana residence, Trailmark managed the team to within one percent of the original budget while providing the owners with the necessary additions they desired.
