At the Montana Residence, Trailmark managed the costs to within one percent of the original budget while providing the owners with the necessary solar and wind power additions they desired.

On the Mountain Modern home in Tahoe, CA, Trailmark was able to manage the aggressive schedule with a varying design integration process, while not losing focus on the execution of the details and quality.

Construction Management

Our sole objective is to provide comprehensive and unique project management services for owners and developers in almost all facets of the construction industry.

Trailmark’s team are experts at facilitating and overseeing the entitlements, permitting, preconstruction, construction, interior design, procurement and closeout phases of work.

On the downtown Las Vegas Hotel project, Trailmark was hired as a consultant to coordinate complicated aspects of an upper story pool deck for one of the key prime contractors, allowing the contractor to focus their attention on other aspects of the project.

This required overseeing custom fabrication of elements that were prototypes and never used before.

Desert Custom

Trailmark served as an owner’s representative on this 25,000SF estate home clad in French Limestone. There is a private 2,800SF pool house overlooking the 17th hole at TPC . The home has Spanish and Moroccan influences and was featured in the September 2011 edition of Veranda designed by Richard Hallberg.

Persian Contemporary

This 55,000 square foot (SF) fully automated estate residence includes 11 bedrooms and related structures, appurtenances, and significant stone features carved from Spanish limestone. The exterior of the house itself is mostly clad in cubic French limestone. Below the main residence there is an 11,000 SF basement wine cellar and game room. The neighboring entertainment pavilion is roughly 12,000 SF and includes a fully functioning commercial kitchen ready to service 250 guests. The lucky guests may enjoy a 6000 SF stand alone retreat home on the property with a selection of suites to choose from including: Earth, Water, Air, and Fire themed bedrooms. A unique two level exercise building roughly 6,500 SF in size called the pool pavilion overlooks the Olympic size pool, which includes a racquetball court, endless pool, climbing wall, wet and dry treatment rooms, and a Pilates studio. All work was completed in a three year time period.

Mountain Rustic

The Trailmark team was hired as the owner’s representative for this 13,000 SF design-build custom residence. The initial design was focused around self-sufficiency and harnessing 100 percent of its power from wind and solar. Natural sunlight through windows and skylights were designed to showcase these high-end interiors. The project was constructed in under one year.

Mountain Modern

This 7,500 SF mountain contemporary retreat located on 150 acres is 80 percent “off the grid” at full capacity using PV panels integrated into the metal panel roof system and geothermal ground loops that power the the main house, separate gym structure, snow melt system, and a one acre man-made pond. The home uses reclaimed timbers and other restored wood materials both inside and out.

Clinica Verde

Another of Trailmark’s notable projects is Clinica Verde, an 8,000-square-foot non-profit maternity clinic in Nicaragua designed by Valley Architects of St. Helena, Ca. “We are hoping that by building a clinic that not only uses local building materials and local employees, but is also partially sustained by solar power, we can improve the livelihoods and health of the locals,” says Bylund. The project has broken ground and is slated to complete towards the end of 2010.

Hotel Project

Trailmark was hired by one of the key contractors for this large hotel in downtown Las Vegas. Our task was to help in many areas of project management and procurement of the Cloud 9 pool deck segment of the hotel, including the fabrication and installation of multiple one-story tall, single-piece fiberglass palm tree silos designed specifically for this project that were situated on the ninth floor above the casino.

The Ridges

Trailmark was hired as the owner’s representative on a contemporary 12,000 SF estate sitting over a 2,000 SF basement. The residence has a complete home automation system throughout, with a state-of-the-art custom home theater. The construction schedule from start-to-finish is less than 15 months.
