			<content:encoded><![CDATA[<p>This 55,000 square foot (SF) fully automated estate residence includes 11 bedrooms and related structures, appurtenances, and significant stone features carved from Spanish limestone.  The exterior of the house itself is mostly clad in cubic French limestone.  Below the main residence there is an 11,000 SF basement wine cellar and game room.  The neighboring entertainment pavilion is roughly 12,000 SF and includes a fully functioning commercial kitchen ready to service 250 guests.  The lucky guests may enjoy a 6000 SF stand alone retreat home on the property with a selection of suites to choose from including:  Earth, Water, Air, and Fire themed bedrooms.  A unique two level exercise building roughly 6,500 SF in size called the pool pavilion overlooks the Olympic size pool, which includes a racquetball court, endless pool, climbing wall, wet and dry treatment rooms, and a Pilates studio.  All work was completed in a three year time period.</p>

			<content:encoded><![CDATA[<p>The Trailmark team was hired as the owner&#8217;s representative for this 13,000 SF design-build custom residence.  The initial design was focused around self-sufficiency and harnessing 100 percent of its power from wind and solar.  Natural sunlight through windows and skylights were designed to showcase these high-end interiors.  The project was constructed in under one year.<br />
