Andrew Bylund

President

Andrew founded Trailmark in February of 2005. He has 20 years of general contracting and construction management experience. Over the span of his career, he has successfully contracted and managed 30 residential and commercial projects, totaling $500 million in value both in California and Nevada. As a member of USGBC, he spends time sourcing projects that require his company’s experience with renewable energy, and reclaimed building materials.

Andrew earned a Bachelor of Science in Construction Management from Cal Poly in San Luis Obispo, CA.

Jim Spurling

Senior Project Manager

Jim has 35 years of custom residential construction and design experience.  He has designed and built multiple custom homes in the Las Vegas valley, ranging from 6,000 to 11,000 square feet. He served as National Director of the National Home Builders Association. Jim is also a 21 year career veteran with Oregon Air National Guard, specializing in Mobility and Logistics.

Trevor Glidden

Project Manager

Trevor brings a solid 20 years of custom home building experience to the team specializing in large scale renovations and remodels/additions, difficult structural projects, and fine interior finishes.
He is currently the onsite project manager for for Aspen Retreat, Truckee, CA.
As the Owners Representative for Gardners Residence, Squaw Valley, CA he managed this 9,200 SF custom residence from start to completion in under 16 months.
Additionally, Trevor recently completed a complicated rehabilitation of a 3-story multi-unit building in downtown San Francisco that had experienced severe fire damage.
